This license survives termination only to the extent necessary to preserve the Service's historical record and other users' lawful reuse.

3.3 Open License

Unless marked otherwise, all content on the Service is made available under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International. By submitting Your Content, you irrevocably license it under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International and represent that you have the right to do so.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Your use is governed by their terms.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
